It’s time to get down and dirty at the 7th Annual Down and Dirty Mud Run hosted by Joint Base Lewis-McChord. This is a fun run loaded with mud-covered obstacles so plan on getting wet and muddy. The race is open to the general public and everyone is invited to join in the fun. There are two separate race days, June 30th and August 4th and each race has a theme.
