You’re invited to join the 13th Annual Do Something Healthy event at the Greater Tacoma Convention and Trade Center, hosted by MultiCare Health System, and featuring Derek Hough from the ABC hit show, Dancing with the Stars! During the event you’ll learn tips and tricks for staying healthy through dance, listen to Derek’s story of child dancer to dancing celebrity and learn about what is now being called the “Derek Diet” among other ways to stay healthy and active. The event will be held on Wednesday, February 6th from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. The community wellness fair with screenings and health and fitness information will run from 6:30pm – 7:00pm and presentations will be from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. The cost for the event is $10 and children 12 and under are free.
